A woman residing in the city of Golpayegan, in Isfahan Province, was murdered by her husband using a bladed weapon. State-affiliated media, without revealing the victim’s identity, claimed that the motive behind the attack was “family disputes.”
On Tuesday, March 18, 2025 (28 Esfand 1403), a 42-year-old woman, mother of two, and resident of Golpayegan was killed by her husband.According to the IRNA news agency, the suspect, who fled the scene after murdering his wife, was arrested a few hours later and stated that his motive was family disputes.
