A 45-year-old woman in Hamedan was murdered by a man using a knife. State media reported that the motive for the crime was "personal issues."
According to a report by the Hengaw Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, the victim, who had suffered multiple stab wounds, succumbed to her injuries at a hospital in Hamedan.
State media, including Saat 24, stated that the perpetrator, a 35-year-old man, had a personal dispute with the victim. The argument escalated, leading to the stabbing. The perpetrator fled the scene after committing the crime but was later apprehended.
