On Monday, April 28, 2025 (8 Ordibehesht 1404 in the Iranian calendar), Mahnaz Kasirlou, a 30-year-old woman from the village of Lachoon in Khodabandeh County, was killed by her husband, who struck her multiple times on the head and face with a sledgehammer and hammer.
According to informed sources, Mahnaz Kasirlou, who was also the mother of a young child, was murdered by her husband, whose last name is "Najafi," due to family disputes.
