On Thursday, November 9, 2023, Mahya Nosrati, a 15-year-old girl, was brutally murdered by a man in the city of Firouzkuh in Khoy County. The victim was first stabbed to death, and then her body was set on fire in a merciless manner.
The murder suspect was arrested by law enforcement shortly after the incident. Information about the motives behind this brutal murder is not yet available.
