On September 10, 2025, a 50-year-old man named Mehrahli (surname unknown) entered his ex-wife’s home on North Motahhari Street in Mashhad. In front of their daughters, he fatally stabbed the 40-year-old woman multiple times in the side and abdomen. She had previously been threatened by him. After the killing, the suspect fled the scene and remains at large.
