In Tehran, a man has murdered his wife and his wife's 20-year-old daughter, and he has also committed suicide. According to Rokna's report, on the 29th of February 2024, a 49-year-old woman and her 20-year-old daughter were murdered by her husband with a firearm in their home located in southeast Tehran.
Before her husband entered the house, the victim had told her acquaintances over the phone that her and her daughter's lives were in danger. This couple began living together eight years ago through temporary marriage (temporary contract or sigheh), and recently they had disputes and were attempting to separate from each other.
