On the morning of Saturday, October 19th, Donya Farhadi, a 17-year-old girl from Nosood, who had been subjected to beatings by her religious father, escaped from the "Mother of the Believers Aisha" school in Paveh. It is said she fled due to threats and intense pressure. She then jumped from the abandoned Agricultural Bank building near her school and died instantly. Her ruthless father had shaved part of her hair to force her into compulsory hijab. Following her suicide, her father, Sarkoot Farhadi, posted a story asking people not to hold any ceremonies for her or publish her photo, claiming that Donya was an infidel.
