On Wednesday, August 14, 2024, a middle-aged woman was killed by her husband with multiple blows to the head with a hard object in the city of Siahkal.
According to the government-affiliated website, Young Journalists Club, the killer, who is now in custody, committed the murder during an altercation, with his motive cited as "family disputes."
