On Saturday, November 25, 2023, coinciding with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, a young woman from the village of Rahmanabad in the Kangaavar county of Kermanshah province, identified as Marziyeh Sheshyakani, was murdered by her husband. It is worth noting that the alleged murderer has been arrested by, attributing the motive for the murder to family disputes.
